  • We only hold personal data for as long as necessary and once no longer needed – it is deleted from our files.
  • We do not hold credit card or bank details belonging to clients or prospective clients and do not accept payments online.
  • The data we do collect from visitors to our website is clearly set out in our contact form – Name and contact information including email address and other demographic information only relevant to our customer, prospective customer and our offer.
  • Marketing: we only email news and information updates to those customers who have specifically subscribed to our email marketing service. All emails sent by us contains clear information on how to unsubscribe from our email service and clear instruction on to manage marketing preferences.
  • In accordance with Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails to email addresses.
  • We may send emails to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired to or registered with us – only regarding products or services directly supplied by us. All emails sent by us will be clearly identified as originating from us – with clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service and future emails or any marketing communications.
